To connect with the high prices in San Diego, having to pay for parking in the more well off areas or tourist attractions is a nuisance. UTC parking for 4 hours is 6 dollars. Parking at Seaport village for only threeish hours, was already 24 dollars. Balboa parking is now 14 dollars. Garage parking in downtown can range from 20 to 30 dollars. This is a problem for students like me, and people who live in San Diego in general because we just want to enjoy what our city has to offer without having to worry how much we are getting charged per hour, while our car is in the parking lot.
